Who are we ?

We are a company called ExcellentPipes.com ltd. and we are located in the Czech Republic, Northern Moravia. The Czech Republic is located in the center of Europe and the capital is Prague. Our region is famous for Bohemian Crystal and also the best hockey player Jaromir Jagr was born here. The tradition of Bohemian glass dates back to the 14th century. We are a member of European Union and our neighboring countries are Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Austria.

We are registered with the commercial register and our VAT number is CZ26852519. We create top quality hand made glass products under trademark called Bongin. We sell our products online and we also offer other products related to the nature of our business. Our e-shops are powered by ShopCentrik (engine) provided by an established Czech software company NetDirect ltd.

ExcellentPipes.com ltd. was founded couple of years ago and our products became very popular with customers from around the world, especially the US. We are very pleased with the growing popularity of our products and we are doing our best to satisfy every single customer. As we are the sellers and the manufacturers at the same time, our prices are kept reasonably low and we can accommodate even the most demanding customers.

	He is a manager of all our hand blowers and his work is about making designs, giving jobs directly to individual glass blowers and getting stuff from the workshops to our store.

Venca	Main glass blower
	Lives in a small village somewhere in Moravian wild :). He is our best glass blower, specialized on bigger water bongs and real glass art pieces. He has a workshop in a garrage under his house.

Jeanette M.	Prettiest women glass blower
	Specialized on smaller water bongs and spoons from our phatty collection and in showing herself on the photos :) Sorry guys but she is already attached to Ivo B. They lives together and have two teen aged boys.

Managers
They concern of all the things about business. Also solving most of problems related to internet stores.

Jaromír V.	Company part-owner and financial manager
	He really runs the place. Getting the packaging material and other things we need, doing the company's book keeping, shouting on us when we want some company money :), training new employees and much more work. He is really a big person in a small body and we all love him. Also his residence is an official company quarters.

Jan H.	Marketing manager and company programmer - company part-owner
	Oh, thats me :) I do the things connected with online marketing, SEO, servicing our online applications, making photos of products, getting the secondary non glass stuff, answering some complex emails and whatever must be done. Usually if you want something with us, I am the one who you email with.

These folks are important team members. They answering most of emails and calls and also making calls to our customers. They are online on AIM and ICQ and always willing to help. They are verifying the orders, payments and make our online stores more "alive".

Lena	Hotline operator - "the hot chick" :)
	Very nice girl, married, have one child. She is really smart and accurate. She have best english from us, so we "using" her for important calls and for translating some difficult texts. We know Lena is very sexy, but she will not chat with you about sex or anything related. So please don't try it. Its just a way to proof your stupidity.

	The big mystifier and also very friendly funny person. His job is a director and marketing manager in another company and he has done a lot of work in starting our internet stores. Has three children and is many times divorced. Now lives in the modern city flat with his girlfriend and have one baby with her.
