What you will need for buying

Process of making order

At first you have to add some products to the shopping cart. You can do this by using a "Add to cart" button. You can find it on the page near the picture of a product.

Than you will see the shopping cart page. You can add more products to the shopping cart by using a "MORE SHOPPING" button. When you have all products you want in a shopping cart, please continue by filling in your delivery address and click on"SEND YOUR ORDER" button. If you are entitled for a free gift don't forget to choose which one you like to get.

Now you will be redirected to the page with your order checkout. At this moment the email with order confirmation and informations about payment will be send to you automatically. If you chose another payment than by credit card, you will see all informations you need to make a payment. To make your payment via credit card, please choose a currency you want to use and the brand/type of your credit card and click on the "PAY YOUR ORDER" button.

Please wait until the procedure of authorizing your transaction proceed. If everything is OK you will be redirected back to our order checkout page with payment confirming notice. If you have some problems with credit card payment, here are some suggestions why:

1. POP-UPS - Turn off your pop-up blocker before continuing with the payment via Credit/Debit Card. How do I do it?
2. Wrong credit card data have been entered - some people make a mistake especially when they fill in expiration date because some credit cards have 6 digits in format MM/DD/YY. The needed format for paying is MMYY (two digits for month, two for year).
3. A wrong type of card (Visa/MasterCard) was selected.
4. Not enough money on your bank account.
5. Internet payment via credit card isn't enabled (ask your bank).
6. Error occurred at the payment gateway, try again later.
